The Federation of Carnival Cartagena announces a contest for the election official poster, which will represent the city in the Carnival 2016. The deadline for submitting proposals is November 6, and the prize will be 1,000 euros.
The theme for the poster will be free choice and interpretation of the author must pick up the carnival spirit as well as a significant element of the city of Cartagena.
In addition, it will be presented in rigid support and vertically with the next step: 65 cm.
x 45 cm.
The poster shall bear the following statement: Cartagena Carnival 2016 and the designation of Regional Tourist Interest.
On the other hand, the work must be submitted unsigned and rigid support for possible exposure.
A single prize of 1,000 euros, which may be forfeited, if according to the jury, the works presented not have the required quality shall be granted.
Contestants are responsible that no third party rights in the works presented, as well as its renunciation of any claim porderechos image.
The work was presented at the Graduate School, Gisbert Street, Number 4, first floor, 30202 Cartagena.
The hours are from 09.30 to 13.30 and the deadline for the works will end at 1330 hours on November 6, 2015. Each entry must be accompanied by a sealed envelope with the title of the work on the outside of the envelope and inside must contain the following information: name, surname, ID number, full address and telephone.
