A student's grade in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) intends to make tourist routes to boost fishing sector in Cartagena.
Jose Jimenez Meca has conducted a technical study for the business use of the Fishermen's Association of Cartagena and Final Project.
The variety of proposals for improvement and the study results have led to obtain a 9 on it.
Jimenez that chose this topic "that has always fascinated me the world of fishing and everything around him.
It is a sector that Cartagena is very necessary and should be more admired by the Administration. "
During the study, which lasted one academic year, Jimenez has made a Strategic Planning of the Brotherhood, something that is lacking so far.
Its aim was to improve product positioning Fish Blue Label Cartagena "as a star product of the area".
In addition, the student explains that the Brotherhood has implemented a technology development strategy consisting of an electronic auction makes you improve their R & D and remain technologically updated to possible changes.
However, he believes that the Brotherhood could keep improving.
For it states that should develop fishing tourism concept through its tourist routes along the coast of Cartagena "and see how it works fish auction".
Besides, Jones intends to develop other lines of innovation as "creating a trading technique as a Virtual Fish Market to facilitate the purchase in slices in even make that purchase immediately through the opening of a channel that provides advance information, timely and in real time. "

After the TFG, Jimenez wants to continue studying at the Polytechnic of Cartagena.
Now he goes to the second degree.
Already he enrolled in Agricultural Engineering.
