The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, along with Deputy Mayor, Ana Belen Castejon, held a meeting with the president of the Federation of Carnival of the port city, Carmen Sánchez, which has highlighted the willingness they have shown today Monday first municipal mayor.
