The Intercultural Center, belonging to the Immigration Program and Development Cooperation of the Department of Social Services City of Cartagena, initiated during 2015-16.
Until Wednesday September 30, 16:00 hours and 20: 00h, will be open the deadline for registration of children who want to take part in them.
Meetings to inform families will take place on October 5 in the center of Los Dolores and 6th in the heart of Old Town, both at 17.00 hours.
The workshops begin on October 13.
The centers develop year-round workshops leisure time and study support for children between 10 and 18 years of diverse nationalities and cultures.
In addition to academic support and work topics of interest such as social skills, healthy habits, relationships, stereotypes and prejudices, coeducation, etc., the axis of multiculturalism is present throughout the course with the intention to remove false prejudices, approach to different cultural realities and understand diversity as an enriching element.
The centers are located:
- CI Dolores: C / San Juan Nepomuceno No. 14- Old Town CI: C / Gisbert, the Graduate School Building 1st floor.
