The event was held on Saturday September 26, from 11 am in San Francisco Square.

The opening will be in charge of Isabel Gambín, president of the Association of the Deaf of Cartagena and Francisco J. Perez of the Deaf Federation of Murcia.

Later, there will be a sample of regional dance and signacuentos deaf children.

Next, a manifesto for the International Day of the Deaf will be read.
