On Saturday September 26 the International Day of the Deaf that this year marks the first time in Cartagena with a program of events that will develop along all morning, organized by the Association of People is commemorated Deaf Cartagena and the Regional Federation, in collaboration with the City Council through the Department of Youth and Social Services and the Federation troops and legions of Carthaginians and Romans.
In the presentation, on Tuesday, the event, have appeared the mayor of Greater Youth, Ricardo Segado, accompanied by the president of the Federation of the Deaf of the Region of Murcia, Francisco Jesus Perez and the president of the Association Deaf Cartagena, Isabel Gambín.
