The intersection of the boulevards of Sorrows in New Cartagena and the Rambla de Benipila up to the bridge over the rotunda of St. Vincent de Paul School, presents a state of utter neglect, dirt and weeds.
As you can see the 9-step water making up the bridge are largely hindered by bushes and weeds, in some cases more than 2 meters high, which is a real risk of clogging in case of rain torrential.
Alternative Socialist-SPCT requires immediate cleaning of the riverbed of the ravine, as if heavy rains may cause flooding in the area.
Since our political party, we believe that the responsibilities for that matter, of the CHS and the city of Cartagena, are delimited enough to act immediately.
