The National Police of Cartagena will be a sculpture of the Guardian Angeles, whose location is planned Calle del Carmen. Cartagena will be the first city that has a monument in honor of the patron of the National Police, and the author of the work is the Cartagena sculptor Juan Jose Quiros.
