The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, accompanied by the Councillor of Greater decentralization, Juan Pedro Torralba and the mayor delegate Portal and Transparency Office, José María Soler, has hosted members of the Association of Residents of St. Lucia to maintain meeting and to put to certain issues.
The City of Cartagena has assured the Association of Residents of Saint Lucia that will help to enhance and recover the cultural and artistic heritage of the neighborhood.
During the meeting at the Palace Hall, the president of the Neighborhood Association, Andreu Lazaro Diaz, he said that the government team has been forwarded will, enthusiasm and desire to return to St. Lucia on cultural splendor that the neighborhood had in the past .
Saint Lucia was the birthplace of renowned writers, poets or engineers that helped enrich the history and cultural legacy of Cartagena.
