The Vice Admiral Manuel Mora-Figueroa Bridge was today named new Maritime Action Admiral, replacing Salvador Maria Delgado, who has come to the Town Hall to bid farewell to the mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez.

Vice Admiral Delgado has been sent to Madrid, where will the position of Director of Maintenance of the Headquarters of the Navy Logistics Support (DIMAN).

The new Maritime Action Admiral Manuel de la Puente Mora has so far been the Admiral Commander of the Naval Command of the Canary Islands, and will take up his post on Tuesday 15 September in the Captaincy General of Cartagena, home to the headquarters of the Maritime Action Force.
