Councillor for Social Services City of Cartagena, Maria del Carmen Martín, and the coordinator of Social Services, Damian Perez, met with representatives of the collective Huertecica on the premises located in the building of La Milagrosa.
Diego Cruzado, president of The Huertecica of the platform in the region EAPN (European Network for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion), and social organizations in the Third Sector, was accompanied by technicians Huertecica.
Among other issues, they have been revised programs drug prevention taking place in our city and new ones that are to be launched in the area of Barrio Peral and New Cartagena and will be aimed at different segments of the youth population. These interventions are implemented through an order from state-level subsidies intended for that purpose.
Finally, Carmen Martin and Diego Cruzado has reiterated its full readiness to continue working on drug projects that can be programmed to improve prevention in our town.
