The pre-registration period for phase September enrollment in grades offered by the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) will open on Friday 18th with 420 seats in a dozen races.
One hundred students were enrolled appeals yesterday during the third entry list in June, only depleted vacancies in two races, Industrial Technology and Engineering Mechanics.
