Monday, September 7, has started a vocational training course Hospitality Kitchen organized by the Agency of Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena (ALDE), as a collaborating center of the Regional Employment Service and Training.
It is a free course, financed by the European Social Fund, which aims to train the unemployed for employment, by obtaining a professional certificate and work experience.
The course consists of 810 hours of teaching and 80 internships in hotel and restaurant business in Cartagena in April.
It includes 15 students who are taught in the classrooms of vocational training that has the ALDE in the building of La Milagrosa involved.
The training schedule of this course has the following modules:

OFFERS GASTRONÃ "MICAS SIMPLE AND SUPPLY SYSTEMS
PREELABORACIÃ "NY CONSERVACIÃ" N FOOD.

NO LABOR PRACTICES PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN.
