Celebrations Councilman City of Cartagena, Juan Pedro Torralba, coordinated a meeting on Friday with the different municipal services and the representatives of the parties Carthaginians and Romans, with the aim of analyzing and predicting the possibility of heavy rains occur and prevent flooding, especially in the area of the festive camp.

The meeting also served to define the safety device for the camp and the events program of events to be held from 18 to 27 September in Cartagena.
