Industrial School of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) will host the XX International Congress of Project Management and Engineering from 13 to 15 July next year.
The latest edition of the congress in Granada and in the UPCT was elected as the next venue, brought together some 200 delegates from 12 countries and more than 200 communications.
During the conference topics such as leadership and project management, civil engineering, urban planning and land construction and architecture, product engineering, and industrial design processes, environmental engineering and management of natural resources, energy efficiency will be addressed and renewable energy, rural development and development cooperation projects, information technology and communications, safety, ergonomics and occupational hazards and training in process engineering.
The congress is UPCT in the School of Industrial Engineering, but the organization of Congress want "involve the other centers" of the Technical University with the participation in it, says Professor Maria Socorro García Cascales, participating the organizing committee.
The university from September subscribe an agreement with the Spanish Association of Project Engineering (AEIPRO) and the College and Association of Industrial Engineers of the Region of Murcia (COIIRM) for organizing the event.
