The second Deputy Mayor and councilor of the Department of Health, Francisco Calderon, visited on Tuesday morning Algameca Chica, where neighbors had denounced the proliferation of tiger mosquitoes in the area.
According to Calderon, visited the area, where there has been a surge in tiger mosquito, it has undertaken a first rush to fumigate and have given instructions to review once a week, so the issue is resolved.
For its part, the mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, had also met in the morning at the administrative building of San Miguel with representatives of the Association of Residents of the Algameca Girl, meeting in which several issues of concern were treated for area, such as those related to property, security or cleaning of the gully, also requesting the prompt settlement of the mosquito problem, an issue that has been solved within hours.
