Detainees charged up to 300 euros for illegally census of victims in houses without the knowledge of their legitimate owners
The National Police proceeded to the arrest of eleven people of Moroccan nationality, as members of a criminal network dedicated to counterfeit leases attesting residence in homes of foreigners illegally in Spain and were later used to regularize their documentation.
The investigation began last March, when knowledge of the existence of several homes located in the town of Cartagena where consisted registered a large number of foreign citizens of various nationalities, including Morocco, Senegal, Guinea, Pakistan or had Ghana.
The detainees now getting documentation legitimate homeowners by people who previously reached by legally reside in the same vacation.
Once in possession of the identity documents and data, they passed the stage of attracting "clients" through "word of mouth" and some local run by foreign nationals.
Following registration deadlines remembered necessary, the amounts payable and spent the preparation of applications for registration.
Then they proceeded to completely falsify the leases and residence permits individualized, simulándose in these signatures and identity data owners, presenting this documentation for fictitious tenants in municipal offices.
Finally, once registered, the cycle is closed by paying those responsible for organizing the amounts agreed.
Such amounts paid were around three hundred euros, although they may not seem excessive, did provide a significant profit to the organizers, to enumerate them in homes until six or seven different people.
The main purpose of the false registrations was to make proceedings before the Aliens Office in Murcia, mainly family and social roots groupings applications.
In other cases health care is pursued in Cartagena area or accredit an address to apply for the Spanish nationality.
Research has been carried out by the Local Brigade Aliens and Border Police of the National Police of Cartagena.
