The Governing Council has approved the acting cessation of Ismael Martinez Chamber and the appointment of Manuel Cutillas Torah as a representative of the General Union of Workers (UGT) on the School Board of the Region of Murcia, while continuing as a member deputy Matilde Candel Romero.

The School Board of the Region of Murcia is the highest organ of participation of the social sectors involved in the general planning of teaching and non-university levels of consultation and advice regarding the draft laws and regulations which have to be proposed or dictated by the regional government.

The School Board has two members of the trade unions and organizations, appointed on the proposal of the latter, according to their representation in the region of Murcia.
