The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) is today the headquarters of the School of Cinema of the Mediterranean.

"The Base", name of the new training center for audiovisual communication, take the witness of the City of Light in Alicante, in order to be the benchmark for training in cinema around the peninsular Levante.
