The fourth edition of the food fair, organized by the Town Hall and Cope, opened on Wednesday afternoon its doors, an opening that featured large audience who came to the esplanade of the port to try the gastronomic delights of local area
The VI Taste Food Fair Cartagena is underway.
From Wednesday afternoon, is n open the doors of the enclosure located on the Esplanade of the Port, where different stands restaurateurs in the area, 23 in total, offer their best tapas until Sunday May 31.
The councilors of Trade, Tourism and Infrastructure in office, Mariano Garcia, Palazón Carolina and Francisco Espejo, attended the opening ceremony, which took place at 8 pm.
And they did alone, since large audience was encouraged to try the first batch of gastronomic delights.
In addition, this edition of Taste Cartagena also offer parallel activities including concerts, by Jambalaya, Stolen or The Happys, and contests for best cover.
Remember that price caps will have is two euros and beer, Estrella de Levante, 1 euro. The opening hours of the booths is from 12:30 to 17 pm and from 20.00 to 01.00 h.
They organize the City of Cartagena and Cadena Cope, sponsored by Estrella de Levante and BMW and the collaboration of the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Cartagena, with the official implementation of Zankiu event.
