The Department of Education will offer more than 500 seats between Schools, Musical Colonies and Talleres del Mar, with activities that will be held throughout the month of July in Cartagena.

For parents are a break and for the kids a fun, hence the Department of Education of the City of Cartagena program each year activities aimed at the smallest during the summer, once finished the school year, which combined learning, sports and leisure.
A total of 520 beds, distributed between summer schools, camps and workshops Musical del Mar, and the registration period will be open from May 27 to June 5.

Summer School , to be held throughout the month of July, Monday to Friday, during office hours from 8.00 to 15.00 hours.
They are aimed at children between 4 and 12 and will be held in seven schools in the municipality.
With regard to registration, 250 places summer schools are financed 80 percent by European social funds to balance work, family and social lives of workers, and will be for those children whose both parents work, They will not have to pay any amount.
The other 100 seats are offered for children whose parents do not meet the above requirements, it must pay an amount to be determined, but in any case, be less than 60 euros.
All information is given to parents at a meeting to be held on June 26, at 12.00 in the old school Carmen Conde.
For Musical Colonies , returning to school Garden City 1 to July 15, 80 places for children aged 4 to 16 years will be offered.
It includes a complete and comprehensive music program, with which the kids performed activities musical performance, dance and theater.
The registration fee is 105 euros, of which 15 euros are funded by the Department of Education and 90 euros will be provided by the parents.

Finally, the workshops of the Sea , to be held at the Yacht Club, will have 90 seats, and are aimed at children between 6 and 17, who can make water activities among which sailing, rowing and swimming.
