The Roman Theatre Museum in collaboration with the Summer Courses 2015 UPCT has organized a course on Conservation, enhancement and Historical Heritage, to be held from 13 to 15 July in the Auditorium of the Theatre Museum Uses Romano, whose registration period opens on Monday May 25.
During the growing importance of Cultural Heritage and Museums, as dynamic agents of society and tourism, with special attention to maintenance, custody, and support for conservation use it will be addressed.
With this training it is to make a reflection on ways to protect this heritage and conservation issues, value and public use.
To do issues such as the restoration and rehabilitation of historic heritage with examples of Valencia, Cartagena and Lorca, and the in situ conservation of monuments and archaeological sites will be addressed, also taking the effort and commitment not only management but also of collaboration between specialists multiple and diverse disciplines.
Similarly, given the importance of the dissemination of all this knowledge, it will also be presented during several examples of integrated models of management, conservation and museological, such as the Pinwheel Archaeological Park in Cartagena, La Bastida de Totana the heritage and the Yecla or the new Naval Museum.
