The Local Government City of Cartagena will meet on Tuesday, May 19, in ordinary session, chaired by the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro.
The meeting will be held at 13 am in the council room of the Town Hall.
Among the different issues that comprise the agenda a proposal by the Councillor of Greater Planning and Infrastructure, Francisco Espejo, for the signing of a collaboration agreement with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), for performing is Technical-Economic Study of alternatives, and project and construction management, aimed at eliminating the risk for existing detachment at Mount of Casillas in El Portus.
The Board will also consider the request for an extension of the current concessionaire of the chairs of the processions of Holy Week, as well as the specifications for a new open call for award of the Carthaginians and Romans contest, Three Kings and Carnival, after the current company has waived request an extension.
Other issues to be addressed are: the proposal of the Councillor for Finance and Personnel, for the approval of the Equality Plan d in the city of Cartagena and its autonomous bodies;
the councilor of Social Services, to expand the ground floor of the Hospital Santa Teresa;
and the Councillor for Employment, Industry, Youth, New Technology, Sports, Environment, Sustainable Development, Transport and Mobility, to sign an agreement with the Instituto de Fomento Region de Murcia Cartagena allowing singling out as Entrepreneur Municipality .
