The PP candidate for mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, in a meeting with representatives of the taxi has proposed to increase their language training with free English courses.

The Popular Party candidate believes that "taxi drivers are tour operators that have direct contact with visitors and actions to promote training and knowledge both about the city as a language level should be promoted"
