La Casa Student of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) today welcomed the eighth edition of Employment Week UPCT, where courses, workshops, roundtables and presentations provide tools and knowledge to students to ensure successful job search.
Nearly 150 people registered have begun to form in the latest techniques to search for active and effective use.
The first workshop, taught by Manuel Mora, has focused on the search for talent and drive to lead a career.
This activity served as an introduction for the second workshop focused on developing personal brand when looking for a job and taught by the psychologist Lara Martinez.
"It's important authenticity, differentiation, personalization.
We must find a style and we must design an action plan for the construction of our label, like a trademark, "Martinez specified.
The eighth edition of Employment Week UPCT, which will continue until Thursday, April 23, aims to provide new techniques for job search.
"We have raised a number of activities which complement the services normally offer.
Provide new tools to look for a job and successfully access a labor market in itself is always complex, "says Mercedes Bel, worker Guidance, Information and Employment (SIOC) UPCT.
According to Mercedes Bel, this edition is registered about 150 inscriptions, although it is an open forum attendance may be higher as the days elapse.

For this Tuesday, April 21, is scheduled a new workshop on practical tools for leading auto professional future as well as a panel discussion on employment opportunities and practices in Europe.
