The first Youth Guarantee Technical Commission took place this morning.
It will be implemented in the municipalities of Cartagena, La Union and Fuente Alamo.
The meeting quote technicians have different municipalities, the Employment and Training Service and representatives of various business associations in Cartagena.
Francisco Garcia Valenzuela, director of the Agency for Local Development and Employment explained that during the meeting will establish the bases of operation of Youth Guarantee and aims to mark a work schedule for young people contain different training and counseling resources.
Throughout the meeting were marked different patterns of Youth Guarantee knowledge of the various technicians who have attended so they can implement and publicize it and, in this way young people can enroll in the program.
