A new popular race starts on 9 May, from 17.00 in Cartagena, 14 Km Relay test organized by the Club 360 Mar Menor Mandarache Sport and Athletics Club in collaboration with the Department of Sports City Cartagena, which will stage the racing circuit.
To present the sporting event, have appeared before the media the mayor of Sports, Diego Ortega;
sports director of proof, Isidro Valdez, 360 Mar Menor Club Sport, Teodoro Manzanares, Mandarache.
It is a relay race in which you can make three distances, 14 kilometers, 7 miles and 3,600 feet, which is the distance around the circuit, and also can be run individually, in pairs (male, female or mixed) and in groups of four.
The choice of the racing circuit for holding the test justified Isidro Valdez, noting that will allow all the audience can enjoy the race because you can see the entire journey from the stands.
The organizers expect the number of participants ronde 500 runners.
Registration can be done through the web of proof , and the price of these varies according to distance and number of runners who take an identification chip, 10 euros (single), 12 euros (relay pairs) and 14 euros ( four relays).
The sports council has taken the opportunity to thank the Circuito de Cartagena involvement in sporting events that have nothing to do with the engine, such as the School Cros, cycling events or the relay, making additionally a great efforts to promote the municipality.
So far already secured the second edition of the race next year, and the idea is that more editions, which shall be accompanied by parallel activities.
