The Agency for Local Development and Employment has launched the Joint Employment and Training Programs with five training specialties, whose students will receive on Tuesday 14 April to visit the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, at 10.00 hours in the Youth Center Canteras.
Currently, the ALDE teaches workshops for over 25 years, such as Computer Applications Management and geriatric care to dependent people in institutions and geriatric care in Address;
and to under 25 years: Computer Applications for Management and Operations Domestic Plumbing and HVAC.
These joint programs are included in the measures to support job creation.
Participants acquire professional and practical training work by performing works or public utility or social interest related to new employment, enabling their subsequent employment as an employee, or self by creating business projects or economics social.
The duration of these programs extends over a year, during which participants receive training alternating with work subject to the contents of Professional Certificates referred to above.
Labor Practices are held on the ALDE, in units of the Town Hall in the respective services, and specialty dependence on social institutions will be held in the Nursing Home of Sisters of the Poor and the Residencia Virgen del Mar.
Each of these modes is given to 15 students shortlisted by the SEF and has successfully passed the final selection process, so that projects with the participation of 75 people, plus 5 that make the management and computer monitors.
Co-financed by the Employment and Training Service, European Social Fund programs and municipal contribution, bringing the total budget of 1,003,641 euros execution.
Upon completion students can obtain the certificate of professional specialty in which are formed during the year and will be eligible to participate in the Leonardo Mobility Grants Plus they offer the possibility of internships abroad.
