Recreation program Alternative Youth Council of the City of Cartagena has organized a visit to the beautiful town of Ruidera and its lagoons, located in the province of Ciudad Real.
Ruidera is one of the most striking landscapes of Spain, a place of outstanding natural beauty, diversity of environments to explore and tour knowing their lagoons, enjoy massive lagoons, transparent and intense turquoise blue waters.
The fifteen lagoons overflow and flood each other forming cascades and waterfalls due to geological formations such as travertine barriers.
Will visit the town of Ruidera, sixteenth century church, archaeological museum and city center during the day.
Also there will be a rise in the basin of the lakes with brief stops interpreting the place, its geology, flora, fauna and history tour.
The registration fee is 20 euros and includes transportation, guide for visits, entrances and typical food.
