Cadena SER gives her old phonographic collection to the City of Cartagena, composed of 24500 records that the station has been gathering since the creation of Radio Cartagena 35 years.
The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro and regional director of Cadena SER, Domingo Camacho signed an agreement where the donation is made ​​reality.
Specifically is about 3800 LPs, 13 000 8750 vinyl singles and CDs.
The collection becomes part of the Municipal Archives, where it is proceeding with its inventory and classification.
The goal is to make it available to citizens and researchers to face consultation.
The mayor thanked the station donating your music file and revealed that the Municipal Archives of Cartagena is one of the best in Spain in municipal issues.
