At the Civic Center La Aljorra a new training session took place last Friday in the Draft Community Work taking place in this council and is organized by the Coordinator of Associations and Institutions Aljorra collaboration with the Department of Attention Social City of Cartagena and Columbares Association.
The program began with the presentation of the day and talk about communication: What does not communicate does not exist, by Rodolfo Barron, in which the foundations were given to learn to be more effective in communicating our messages.
A small training course with a first part where approached the resources to improve interpersonal communication, which is essential when you have the responsibility to represent an organization or group of people.
He also talked about listening and speech to be more effective.
In the second part they were released new tools to improve communication (rapport and calibration), and participants were helped to develop the contents of a resource guide, which is a great opportunity to give visibility to the associations.
He later worked in groups and tabs for the Resource Guide, which, through a member of the Coordinator, will be presented on April 17 were updated.
