The image of the popular patron saint of Cartagena, the Virgin of Charity, will rise again in procession through the streets of the city.

It will be the April 19, during the celebration of the Year of Charity.

To begin to outline details this morning have met councilors Infrastructure, Celebrations and Public Safety, Francisco Espejo, Florentina Garcia and Mariano García with representatives of the Board of Charity Hospital.
