The School of talent, organized by the Department of Santander Bank Polytechnic University (UPCT) and the Agency for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena, began Tuesday in the auditorium of the Student House with more than one twenty assistants, who actively participated in the search for optimum qualities for entrepreneurship.
The workshop, led by coach and leadership teams Guillermo Gómez, delved into the natural characteristics required to undertake, promote and work talent, the keys to success, the study of environment to carry out a project and the requirements for developing ideas into reality.
The second session of this activity, which ends on 5, will take place this afternoon from 16:00 to 20:00 in the Student House. This School Talent is the first activity that the Chair of Entrepreneurship of Banco Santander UPCT and ALDE have planned for the second academic semester.
As stated by Councilman Employment, Joaquín Mowing, with this program, the Chair of Entrepreneurship Santander ¿UPCT and ALDE aim to foster entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial vocation supporting initiatives and generating new business projects of the university community .
