On Thursday February 26 Basic Operations Course Cooking taught by the Agency for Local Development and Employment as a collaborating center of the Regional Development Service Employment and Training Cartagena closed.
The event took place in the building of La Milagrosa, where workshops have been held with the presence of the council area of Employment and New Technologies, Joaquín Segado.
The training, which consisted of 350 hours teaching, has been aimed at young people under 30 with low qualifications to which, at the end of practice, have been given certificates of professionalism.
The main objective is to provide training unemployed to enhance their employability.
The courses are free and have been financed by the European Social Fund.
The program is composed of modules Procurement, preprocessing and culinary conservation, basic module and unearned Professional Practice basic operations cooking culinary elaboration.
à ‰ ste be developed in 80 hours to perform on Cartagena catering companies.
This year, as new throughout the Region of Murcia, 10 students in courses SEF managed by the ALDE, they perform their work placement in Portugal, thanks to a grant of Mobility Leonardo Da Vinci program the ALDE managed from several years.
These are 4 of the 14 students Course Unit Operations Kitchen and 6 Basic Operations Course Restaurant.
The scholarship will cover accommodation, travel, spending money and authorization of practices.
The program duration is one month with 80 hours of practices in companies, which will be mandatory to obtain the Certificate of Competence.
