Culture It invites schools to discover the relationship between music and art with a dramatized tour the Museum of Modern Art in Cartagena (27/02/2015)

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities organized a visit Saturday energized the Regional Museum of Modern Art in Cartagena for schoolchildren learn how the movement is represented in art and discover the relationship between music and the visual arts.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Maria Comas, recalled that "this is a chance for families to come to the museums and to encourage active leisure among schoolchildren. Since the Ministry of Culture are making a major effort to bring the museums to citizenship and, therefore, gymkhana activities like this are an opportunity for school children perceive museums as dynamic spaces where learning in a fun and entertaining way. "

During the visit, called 'Viva la movida', students learn how to use his body as a vehicle of expression, thanks to the pieces that are part of the exhibition 'Modern Times' and music related to them, where there are works by artists such as Ramón Gaya, Matthew Charris, Salvador Dalí, Pedro Flores, Guillermo Muñoz Vera, Antonio Tapies or Angel Haro.

This activity aimed at children between 5 and 12 accompanied by an adult, will be held this Saturday, between 11:30 and 13:00 in the exhibition halls of Muram, and repeated the next 14 to 28 and March 18 and April 25.
