The trial chamber of the Court of Auditors has agreed to file open preliminary proceedings against the City of Cartagena in managing the contract cleaning municipal buildings, not finding any assumption of responsibility accounting.
The Court of slopes gives so for justified on alleged irregularities in a paracticada inspection in October 2014 and accepts the arguments made ​​by the representatives of the City of Cartagena, referring to the need of outsourcing this service and the justification of the prices.
According expressed the municipal engineer, outsourcing this service is justified by the large number of municipal buildings and the need for cleaning, lacking the consistory of staff to perform this task.
As for the justification of prices is clarified that invoices only were accompanied by the soft-certification of work done without the invoice detailing, as these consisted of repetitive work in the same buildings and the same frequency is considered unnecessary making detailed certifications;
were also evident, as the same amount that was paid every month.
