The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) and the Université Hassan II in Casablanca (Morocco) taught next year a University Master in Management and Business Management and Tourist Institutions.
These studies will be offered as a dual degree.
Classes are given in the two universities.
This agreement collaborate Menéndez Pelayo International University, the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena and Santander Universities, Banco Santander.
The agreement was signed today by the Rector, José Antonio Franco and Pedro Alonso, Director of Santander Universities Spain.
The ceremony was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Business UPCT, Antonio Durendez and teachers Juan Jesús Vázquez Bernal and Sea.
"The creation of this double degree between Casablanca and Cartagena cause a positive effect called Moroccan students to the Polytechnic", according to Juan Jesús Bernal, Professor UPCT has conducted negotiations with the University of Casablanca.
Bernal suggests that Morocco is now an emerging market in tourism.
To facilitate the process of negotiating the agreement, has received support from the University of Banco Santander Foundation for everything related to the translation from Spanish to French, the main language in Morocco.
It is expected that a delegation from the UPCT, made by the Dean of the Faculty Antonio Durendez and Juan Jesús Bernal, Casablanca trip later this month to advance the agreement, in order that the double degree can begin to be taught the October.
The Hassan II University of Casablanca is a university center born in 1992 aimed at meeting the needs of your region in higher education and scientific research.
