The Governing Council has given approval to an agreement between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) to promote and promotion of FP and training in workplaces in Cartagena.
The agreement paves the way for collaboration between the Community and the UPCT and in particular, the use of Production Centre of Digital Content UPCT for teaching in the field of training and developing educational materials and resources.
Also aims to develop practices and promoting training in workplaces through partner companies UPCT.
The goal is for students to learn the operation, organization and characteristics of the productive sector and teamwork and the development of skills that allow them to adapt to the labor market.
The UPCT has launched the Center for Digital Content Production with the aim of making available to the university community and society in general knowledge and facilities to advance the creation of digital content, especially targeted to audiovisual content and multimedia content and virtual teaching.
The agreement, which has no cost to the community, has a term of four years.
