Localities Albujón and Las Lomas del Albujón prepare for the next two weekends its Carnival celebrations, scheduled later than the original date not coincide neither with the main events of the carnival in Cartagena, nor with the activities of the various associations of women last weekend.
The first of the events will be Saturday February 21 at The Albujón, where they held the Grand Carnival Parade with subsequent snack at the end, and the 6th Contest Chirigotas, which act the best groups in Cartagena, Friday February 27 at the Civic Center.
In the Lomas del Albujón, the party will be Saturday February 28 with a Costume Parade through the streets of the town, followed by a party at the clubhouse, to finish the night with a costume ball enlivened by the New Route Group showing that serve to present the reign to represent the festivities of the Ascension 2015.
These activities are organized by the neighborhood association Albujón and festival committee Las Lomas, with the financial assistance of the Neighborhood Council Municipal Albujón-Miranda.
The poster was presented yesterday by the President of the Neighborhood Council Municipal Albujón, Ángel Nieto Huertas and the president of the neighborhood association Albujón, Apolonia Soto.
