The intervention of firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to other vehicles |
Staff of the City of Cartagena Firefighters have stifled this morning the registered fire, about quarter past nine in a Peugeot 307 parked in public parking tourism of Peak Mall.
As stated by the owner, the fire started when trying to start the car with the ignition key.
Rushed to the scene firefighters who rode two installations of water and foam: one to put out the fire and another to protect and refresh the rest of parked vehicles around.
Four of these vehicles have been affected with various degrees of injury, avoiding Firefighters from spreading to the rest.
The intervention lasted half an hour.
