The board of the municipal corporation Old Town Attorney has agreed to send additional documentation on the developer New Gate to study if the partners of the company could incur any crime.
Old Town counselors have adopted the decision based on a report of the municipal legal department in which it is proposed that the Prosecutor investigate this particular aspect.
It is opening a new judicial complaint process within the debt, since the prosecution and studied and closed the case of New Gate following the complaint of local groups, not then appreciate the existence of crime.
On the other hand the president of the board, Francisco Espejo, reported at the meeting of the notice issued to the company to finish the works of outstanding development in the area of University District, some works to be undertaken by the council under the collateral deposited by the company, if it does not work.
