The Rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), José Antonio Franco, and the Chairman of the Board of the UPCT, Juan José Pedroza, have held a meeting with the Minister of Education, Culture and Universities, Pedro Antonio Sánchez today and the general director of Universities, Luis Javier Lozano.
