La Palma is once again the star of the arrow.
On Saturday 7 February is celebrated the second semifinal and final Saetas National Competition, organized by the Association of Portapasos of Mercy and Marraja Brotherhood.
It will be at 22 am at the House of Folklore of La Palma and after the selection process have been eight voices from Seville, Cadiz and Cordoba.
It is less for the end of the second National Competition Saetas.
However, the finalists and enjoy participating in other marrajas processions if approved by the Brotherhood.
After a selection process, eight Andalusian voices have made it through to the second and final semifinal:
- Agustín García Garcí to Caracolill or, Cadiz.
- Manuel Jesús García Hurtado, Sevilla.
- Rocio Hurtado Palomo, Sevilla.
Blankets -Pepi Cabezas, Córdoba.
- Jesús Pérez Moreno, San Fernando (Cádiz).
- Ramos Perez Triana, Seville.
- Elisabeth Prior, Sevilla.
- José Antonio Pérez Romero, Jerez de la Frontera.
It will be Saturday February 7 at 22 am at the House of Folklore of La Palma and the final will be held on March 14 at the Church of Santa Maria de Gracia.
The competition is organized by the Association of Portapasos of Mercy Guild Marraja, in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena and the Catholic University of San Antonio de Murcia, UCAM.
Admission is free until all seats.
