Effective Civil Protection Service of the City of Cartagena attended about half past six in the morning of Saturday the birth of a woman who was recorded at his home in the central street of Carmen.
Municipal ambulance service had been advised prior to tend moments notice, since the other seven ambulances available to the Murciano Health Service and emergency transfers were occupied.
The Civil Protection nurse was responsible for assisting and stabilize the woman of about 35 who was surprised because everything was very fast, and small, a male named Javier.
Both were later transferred to the Hospital of Santa Lucia, after cutting the umbilical cord and placenta withdraw.
