The City of Cartagena has obtained a score of 86.3 out of 100 on transparency on its website in the study by Transparency International NGO, which has been presented this morning in Madrid.

Cartagena has obtained its highest score by area in the Economic Financial Transparency, which has been qualified with the maximum score of 100 points, while in the area of Relations with Citizens, Transparency International has described Spain with 93.8 points.
