First three finalists pasodobles, Magro River, The Alboroque and Maestrillo were interpreted, and then the jury XXIII Musical Composition Contest Pasodobles Villa de Pozo Strait, chosen and announced at the same event, the winner, The Alboroque José Luis Molina, the prize was 2000 euros.
Secondly, Rio Magro, who earned a degree, and the third was deserted, since, according ruled the jury, the other finalist was not unprecedented, but it was posted on the internet.
In total, there have been 22 works, mostly from the region, and some European countries, like the Netherlands or Germany.
The band Santa Cecilia de Pozo Strait was responsible for interpreting the finalists compositions in a ceremony held at the Civic Center of Cartagena city, attended by Councilman District Camarzana Isaiah.
