The twenty-seventh Microcredit Committee, formed by the various councils of the City of Cartagena, with participation of the bank La Caixa and coordinated by the ALDE, held last January 19 where two business projects, trade in clothing were studied Spanish firms and an official automotive workshop.
Since 2010 we have studied 38 business projects in 27 Commissions Microcredit.
These projects have solicitad or more than 400,000 euros in total, with 15,000 euros per project on average. Currently have approved 21 business projects and besides both approved by the Commission on January 19, pending approval by Microbank La Caixa, it has 3 more projects under study.
The ALDE has done business counseling to these business initiatives from the initial project idea, through the execution of the business plan and business model.
They have also studied the economic, commercial and financial viability of the business project.
Later sent to the Commission Microcredit Hall, where his economic, financial and commercial feasibility studies.
Since October 1, 2010, the City of Cartagena and Microbank La Caixa signed a collaboration agreement.
The objective is to finance those projects viable business people who can not access financial support through the usual channels for lack of credit history or collateral.
Current conditions for microcredit are:
-Amount Maximum 25,000 euros to the maximum of 95% of the investment.
-The Promoters should reach 5% of the entire project using own resources.
-The Term is 5 years, including six months of optional deficiency.
-The Interest rate is 8.0% until the end of 2015.
