The Women's Association of Private Mediterranean Center Woman has convened the VIII Painting Contest Ángel Flores and Poetry Contest XXIV, in collaboration with the Department of Women's Hall of Cartagena.
With regard to Painting Contest, participation over 16 years, the theme will be free and any pictorial technique is permissible.
Has established two awards, the first endowed with 300 euros and a commemorative trophy, and the second prize, a second prize of 100 euros.
As for the Poetry Contest, participants may not have published a book of poetry and the theme will also free.
The awards, as in the case of painting competition, will be 300 euros and a trophy for the first and second prize and 100 euros for the second.
In both cases, the deadline for submission of works will remain open until February 24, as set out in respective bases, while the jury will be announced on March 7, at 20.30 hours at the Center for Women's Private Mediterranean.
