The Mayor and the Minister of Public Works inaugurated Tuesday the information day on the plan for the rehabilitation of buildings and houses in the old town area of ​​the city, event to be held at 10.30 am at the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena

The City of Cartagena and the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, have organized an information day to explain the plan and housing rehabilitation Regeneration of the Old Town of the city, conference held on Tuesday, January 20 and will be open to all those interested, both businessmen and citizens.

The opening, at 10.30 hours, will be borne by the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and the Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, accompanied by President of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, Miguel Martinez .

The day will consist of four lectures in which they will announce the details of state aid to be allocated to the rehabilitation of buildings in the historic center.

Thus, the first will examine Unleashing Housing Plan 2013-2016 in the region, by the Director General of Architecture, Housing and Land in the Community, Yolanda Muñoz.

Second, the municipal coordinator of Planning and Infrastructure, Jesús López, will focus on the area to be rehabilitated in Cartagena.

Then the manager of the company Casco Antiguo, Luis Miguel Andrés, will announce the project Neighborhood Entrepreneurs, and finally, the president of the Association of Surveyors, Antonio Marble, explain the state regulations in Law 8/2013 conference .
