The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, attends early this afternoon to traditional tasting the Galilean balls Fiestas de Pozo Strait, for which the neighbors have prepared some ten thousand units.
The mayor will be accompanied by other members of the Municipal Corporation to participate in one of the most typical winter celebrations of Cartagena, where the bout to blow cold broth and meatball, highlighting the unique hospitality of this cartagenera council.
Some 30 clubs that make up the Company Lúdico Country Music Festiva and Flores are responsible for their organization, in honor of San Fulgencio.
Since last Wednesday, neighboring balls have been developing and stew over 300 kilos of hash, eggs and chicken meat.
The tasting will take place starting at half past two p.m..
It is free although a contribution of one euro for the bag containing the cup, cutlery and napkin asked.
Today the pattern, the festivities include Pozo Strait Mass at six o'clock, and the subsequent procession through the village streets with the image of the saint, the work of Roque López.
